Pay with Card
Please note that NIBYQ does not collect your Card number or personal information when you make a payment. We use international payment service Fondy. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.
Pay With Paypal
When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.
You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.
Shipping
We ship immediately on the day of the order. Or the next day, if the order is placed on a weekend. Your order should arrive within 3-12 working days for Express Shipping and within 20 days for Standard Shipping. The majority of orders will arrive via Tracked Air Mail. We prefer fast delivery by DHL, EMS or FedEx.
If you have a particular deadline, we would recommend inform us in advance. If you want to change the order or add something, don't hesitate to write. It's always better to ask.
We send orders to most countries around the world and we cover delivery fee.
We take care of providing you with online tracking: you can track your parcel online using the tracking number we will send you. If you have not received an email with the tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us [email protected].
Contactless deliveries
We are concerned about the health of our customers. That is why we offer you contactless courier delivery. Our courier services carry out delivery without requesting of the recipient's signature, which will allow you to receive the parcels with minimal physical contact and social distance.
